Vitamin C Serum

Usage: Mix Signature Professional Instaglow Whitening Bleach with the one-quarter accelerator. Blend the mixture thoroughly and apply it on the face with a spatula covering hair completely. Keep the mixture on for about 15 - 20 minutes and then remove it with a spatula. If the hair is not completely bleached, reapply the mixture for another ten minutes. Remove it with a spatula or cotton pad and wash with water. For body bleaching, mix one-part accelerator with four parts of creme. In the interest of economy, mix enough for one arm, remove a bleach mixture with a spatula, and place it on the other arm.

Instructions: 

Apply soothing lotion or soothing cream and skin shiner after bleaching for better results.

Precautions:

For sensitive skin, remove the mixture with a spatula and wash with cold water. Add more creme to the mixture and reapply to the hair.

Never apply bleach after a hot bath.

Clean the spatula before and after removing each ingredient. Never return mixed ingredients to the jar or vial.
